Aqar Landscape, an established UAE landscaping contractor with over 124 completed projects, is looking for an Accounts Manager who can bring that understanding to its finance function.

This is a senior role for someone with ten to fifteen years of UAE landscaping or contracting industry experience and a BBA or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution. You will manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, project cost tracking, cash flow management, and financial reporting. You will work closely with project managers to monitor budgets, review subcontractor invoices, and ensure that every project stays financially on track. You will also oversee VAT compliance, support audits, and provide financial insights to senior management. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable managing a finance team and working in a fast-paced contracting environment.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in the landscaping or contracting sector, with a strong understanding of project-based accounting, job costing, and subcontractor payment cycles. You are proficient in accounting software and Excel, and you have a proven track record of managing financial operations across multiple projects. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
