About the Role

A prestigious UK-based organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our remote team and provide essential administrative support for our UK operations. This full-time remote position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to work with an international company while maintaining work-life balance with weekends off. You'll be responsible for managing office administration tasks, handling documentation and correspondence, coordinating with UK-based teams and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across time zones. Your role will involve processing and organizing documents in various formats, managing data entry and record-keeping with precision, supporting financial and banking-related administrative tasks, and maintaining efficient filing systems. You'll collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met, handle confidential information with professionalism, and serve as a reliable point of contact for administrative queries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and possesses excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to work independently during evening hours while supporting UK business operations.

What We're Looking For

We need an administrative professional with 2–4 years of proven experience in office administration or executive support roles. Prior office experience is mandatory for this position. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and the complete Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in data management, spreadsheet creation, and document formatting. Basic banking knowledge and understanding of financial transactions are essential. Strong PDF handling skills including editing, merging, and organizing documents are required. Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, are crucial as you'll be communicating with UK-based teams and clients regularly. The ideal candidate has experience working effectively in team environments, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be comfortable working during evening hours (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) to align with UK business hours, self-motivated to work remotely, and possess exceptional attention to detail. Professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential qualities we're seeking.
