Role Overview – Sera Saudi is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for a full-time, remote position serving Saudi Arabia-based operations. This position is ideal for organized administrative professionals with strong organizational expertise, business operations knowledge, and the ability to support business functions effectively, coordinate activities, maintain documentation, support communication, and contribute to organizational efficiency within a dynamic business services organization.

Administrative Operations Support – You will provide comprehensive administrative support by managing office operations, coordinating schedules, organizing activities, and supporting business functions. You will maintain efficient administrative systems, coordinate departmental activities, and ensure smooth operations. You will support organizational efficiency through effective administration from remote location.

Scheduling and Calendar Management – You will manage schedules by coordinating appointments, arranging complex calendars, confirming meetings, and managing time efficiently. You will support organizational calendar management and meeting coordination. You will maintain organized scheduling systems for distributed team.

Meeting Coordination and Support – You will coordinate meetings by scheduling participants, arranging virtual facilities, preparing agendas, and organizing materials. You will support effective meetings and decision-making processes. You will manage meeting logistics professionally from remote environment.

Correspondence and Communication Management – You will manage business correspondence by organizing communications, routing appropriately, filing properly, and maintaining records. You will prioritize messages, support professional communication flow, and organize documentation. You will facilitate organizational communication across distributed teams.
