As CG Spectrum grows its Student Engagement team, it is looking for an Admissions Officer to own that experience end to end, working in close collaboration with Sales, Academic, and Student Engagement teams and reporting into Academic Operations.

In this role, you will chase down and verify the documentation prospective students need, including identification, prior qualifications, portfolios, and eligibility evidence, keeping applications moving from offer to enrolment without anything falling through the cracks. You will work day to day with the Sales team to manage handovers and ensure applicants keep progressing smoothly. You will complete the full enrolment process while offering suggestions on efficiencies with the student experience always front of mind. You will run admissions in HubSpot and help build Ready Student next, sitting inside user acceptance testing and flagging what does not work. You will apply admissions processes correctly under the compliance obligations that come with being a registered higher education provider, knowing when to escalate rather than guess. You will also help write the SOPs, checklists, and templates that do not yet exist, because this function is still being built, and that building work is part of the role.

The ideal candidate brings at least two years of experience in admissions, enrolments, or administration, preferably within higher education, an RTO, or another regulated education environment. You have real CRM or student management system experience, whether in HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable platform, and the discipline to keep records audit-ready at all times. You are comfortable working through a system migration rather than around one, and you bring the judgement to distinguish routine admissions cases from those that need senior escalation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication, genuine collaborative instincts, and a sound sense of self-leadership are all essential. Because this role coordinates closely with an Australian team, candidates based in Australia or able to work substantially within Australian business hours are strongly preferred.
