Role Overview – HCL Technologies Limited  is hiring experienced AEM Forms (Adaptive Forms) professionals for multiple senior-level roles including Architect. These fully remote opportunities are ideal for Adobe Experience Manager Forms specialists with deep expertise in Adaptive Forms, OSGi workflows, LiveCycle modules, and digital transformation projects. HCLTech is seeking professionals who can deliver impactful AEM Forms solutions for enterprise clients across exciting and complex digital initiatives.

Solution Architecture and Design – You will lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade AEM Forms solutions by defining technical frameworks, creating solution blueprints, establishing best practices, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations that align with client business objectives and digital transformation goals.

Technical Leadership and Governance – You will provide technical leadership across AEM Forms projects by guiding development teams, conducting architecture reviews, establishing coding standards, and ensuring adherence to Adobe best practices, security protocols, and enterprise architecture principles.

Adaptive Forms and Fragments Development – You will architect complex Adaptive Forms and Fragments by designing reusable, modular form components, implementing dynamic form behavior, and ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile channels.

OSGi Workflows and Services – You will design and implement AEM Forms OSGi workflows and custom OSGi Services/Components by building business process automation, orchestrating multi-step form submissions, and integrating with backend systems to support enterprise workflows.

LiveCycle and Document Services – You will leverage Adobe LiveCycle modules including LiveCycle Forms, Process Management, Rights Management, Document Security, and Digital Signatures, along with AEM Forms Document Services, to deliver comprehensive document automation and secure digital signature solutions.

XDP Development and Integration – You will develop XDPs (XML Data Package) for complex forms, integrate with AEM Forms rendering engines, and ensure seamless conversion between legacy XDP-based forms and modern Adaptive Forms architectures.

Web Services and API Integration – You will design and implement SOAP/REST web services integrations by connecting AEM Forms with enterprise systems, CRMs, databases, and third-party APIs to enable end-to-end digital workflows and data exchange.

Frontend Technologies – You will leverage HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and frameworks such as jQuery and AJAX to enhance form interactivity, implement custom client-side logic, and deliver polished, responsive user interfaces.

Database and Backend Integration – You will architect integrations with RDBMS systems by designing data persistence strategies, optimizing database queries, and ensuring secure and efficient data storage and retrieval for form submissions and workflows.

Agile Delivery and Client Engagement – You will work in an Agile development environment by leading sprint planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful project delivery
