Role Overview – HCL Technologies Limited is hiring experienced  AEM Forms Lead (Adaptive Forms)  roles including Architect, Lead, and Senior Consultant positions. These fully remote opportunities are ideal for Adobe Experience Manager Forms specialists with deep expertise in Adaptive Forms, OSGi workflows, LiveCycle modules, and digital transformation projects. HCLTech is seeking professionals who can deliver impactful AEM Forms solutions for enterprise clients across exciting and complex digital initiatives.

Team Leadership and Project Management – You will lead AEM Forms development teams by managing sprint execution, coordinating task assignments, conducting code reviews, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Adaptive Forms solutions aligned with project timelines and client expectations.

Adaptive Forms Development and Optimization – You will develop, configure, and optimize Adaptive Forms and Fragments by implementing complex form logic, data binding, validation rules, and dynamic behaviors that deliver intuitive and efficient digital form experiences.

OSGi Workflows and Custom Components – You will develop AEM Forms OSGi workflows and custom OSGi Services/Components by automating business processes, handling form submissions, and integrating with backend systems to support end-to-end digital workflows.

LiveCycle Modules and Document Services – You will implement Adobe LiveCycle modules including LiveCycle Forms, Process Management, Rights Management, Document Security, and Digital Signatures, as well as AEM Forms Document Services, to support secure document generation and management.

XDP and Legacy Form Migration – You will develop XDPs and support migration of legacy forms to modern AEM Adaptive Forms by assessing existing form assets, planning conversion strategies, and ensuring continuity of business-critical form processes.

Web Services and API Development – You will develop and integrate SOAP/REST web services by connecting AEM Forms with external systems, managing API authentication, and ensuring reliable data exchange across enterprise applications.

Frontend Development and UX Enhancement – You will implement frontend enhancements using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX to create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly form interfaces that meet modern UX standards.

Database Integration and Data Management – You will work with RDBMS systems by designing data models, implementing database integrations, and ensuring secure and efficient handling of form data throughout the submission and storage lifecycle.

Agile Collaboration and Stakeholder Management – You will work in an Agile environment by participating in sprint ceremonies, collaborating with business analysts and QA teams, and communicating technical progress and challenges to project stakeholders.
