Role Overview – Programming.com is hiring an AI Solution Architect Developer for a fully remote, work-from-home position based in the United States. This position is ideal for experienced AI/ML professionals with strong architectural expertise, solution design capabilities, and the ability to develop AI systems, design technical architectures, lead AI implementations, and deliver innovative AI solutions that solve complex business problems.

AI Architecture Design and Development – You will design and develop AI architectures by creating end-to-end AI solution architectures, defining system designs for AI/ML applications, designing scalable, robust AI platforms, developing architectural blueprints for AI implementations, selecting appropriate AI technologies and frameworks, and ensuring AI solutions meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

Solution Design and Technical Leadership – You will provide solution design and technical leadership by leading technical design sessions, defining solution approaches for client challenges, evaluating technology options and trade-offs, making architectural decisions, providing technical guidance to development teams, establishing design patterns and best practices, and ensuring technical excellence across AI projects.

AI/ML Model Development and Implementation – You will develop and implement AI/ML models by building machine learning models (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), developing deep learning solutions, implementing natural language processing (NLP) applications, creating computer vision systems, building recommendation engines, developing predictive analytics models, and delivering production-ready AI capabilities.
