Role Overview – CQ Partners is hiring an Assistant Account Manager for a full-time, remote position serving operations across the United States and internationally. This position is ideal for accomplished account management and client service professionals with strong account coordination and customer relationship expertise, financial services or professional services industry knowledge, and the ability to support account management effectively, assist clients, manage account activities, coordinate communications, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic professional services organization.
Account Management Operations Support – You will assist with account operations by supporting processes, helping manage activities, maintaining organization, and supporting efficiency. You will help facilitate smooth account operations and client service. You should assist with account management operations.
Account Coordination and Administration – You will coordinate accounts by organizing activities, managing procedures, supporting execution, and maintaining coordination. You will help facilitate account workflow and coordination. You should coordinate account duties systematically.
Client Relationship Support – You will help support client relationships by assisting with communication, coordinating activities, maintaining engagement, and supporting satisfaction. You will help maintain positive client partnerships. You should assist with client relationships.
Client Communication and Support – You will help support client communication by responding to inquiries, providing information, maintaining engagement, and supporting needs. You will help communicate with clients effectively. You should assist with client communication.
Account Information Organization – You will organize account information by categorizing data, maintaining records, organizing details, and supporting accessibility. You will help maintain organized account records. You should organize account information.
Client Data Management – You will help manage client data by organizing information, updating records, maintaining accuracy, and supporting analysis. You will help maintain client information. You should assist with client data management.
