About the Role

EzyTeams is hiring an Assistant Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our U.S.-based client during night shift hours. This full-time remote position is specifically designed for professionals with proven experience working with U.S. clients who can seamlessly manage administrative operations across time zones. You'll be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks, managing emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth operations through efficient follow-ups and documentation. Your role will involve preparing reports, documents, and maintaining accurate data entries, coordinating with U.S. clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely communication, and maintaining organized records and filing systems. You'll support operations and management with ongoing administrative tasks, troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, and serve as a reliable point of contact for various stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excels at multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions.

What We're Looking For

We need an administrative professional with mandatory previous experience working with U.S. clients, as understanding of U.S. business culture and communication style is essential for this role. You must have strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with clear, professional delivery. Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role with a track record of managing multiple responsibilities is required. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, can prioritize tasks effectively, and meets deadlines consistently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) is essential. You should be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently during night shift hours without direct supervision. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information are crucial. Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, or scheduling software will be considered a valuable advantage.
