Business Umbrella is recruiting on behalf of a healthcare client for an experienced Behavioral Therapist to provide ABA-based intervention services remotely for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs. This is a full-time remote position requiring an active DOH or DHA licence, and is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and compassionate therapist who is ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families across the UAE from a fully remote setting.

In this role, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions remotely and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental goals. You will monitor progress, maintain accurate and detailed documentation, collect behavioural data, and prepare comprehensive reports. Collaborating virtually with families and multidisciplinary teams will be a central part of your approach, ensuring a holistic and well-coordinated support system for every child in your care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Occupational Therapy, or a related field, and holds an active DOH or DHA licence, which is a mandatory requirement for this role. A minimum of one year of ABA therapy experience working with children with ASD is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to engage effectively with children, families, and professional colleagues in a remote environment.

This role offers a structured and supportive remote work arrangement with a consistent schedule of eight hours per day, five days per week, within a client organisation committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
