Job Description
Every building starts with a model. A digital twin that captures the architect's vision, the engineer's calculations, and the contractor's reality before a single brick is laid. Archilance LLC, a US-based architectural services provider founded in 2024 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, is looking for a BIM Architect to join its fully remote team. This is a role for someone who has moved beyond basic drafting and understands that BIM is not just a tool. It is the central coordination point for a project.
This is a role for someone with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in architectural modeling and BIM workflows. You will create and update 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit, preparing detailed drawings, sections, and elevations that meet project requirements. You will develop architectural construction details and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Working with a global team serving clients in the US, UK, and Australia, you will be expected to work flexibly and communicate clearly across time zones. If you are proficient in Revit, comfortable with AutoCAD, and have a solid understanding of BIM processes, this role will suit you.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and good knowledge of architectural detailing. You understand BIM workflows and can produce accurate, well-organized documentation. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
To apply:
Send your updated CV to careers@archilance.net
When you apply, take a moment to make your application stand out. Highlight your hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit specifically, including the types of projects you have modeled and the complexity of the drawings you have produced, because this is the core technical requirement for the role. In your cover letter, describe a time you resolved a coordination issue or a detailing challenge using BIM workflows, showing that you understand how a model translates into a buildable structure. If you have experience with point cloud to BIM conversion, construction sets, or permit drawings, mention that clearly, as it aligns with Archilance's service offerings. If you are familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any rendering tools, state that explicitly. Finally, confirm your availability to join immediately and your ability to work remotely, as these are practical requirements for the role. If you have a portfolio or sample of Revit models you can share, include a link or attach a few examples, because visual evidence of your work will carry more weight than a written description alone.
Feel free to share this opportunity with anyone in your network who might be a strong fit.
