About the Role

Spokli is hiring an entry-level Bookings Assistant to join our remote team and manage booking operations during afternoon to evening hours. This full-time remote position offers an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in customer service and operations to gain valuable experience while working from home. You'll be responsible for managing booking inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms, processing reservations and ensuring all booking details are accurately recorded in the system, and coordinating with clients to confirm appointments, schedules, and service requirements. Your role will involve handling booking modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling requests efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. You'll maintain organized booking calendars and databases, send confirmation emails and reminders to clients, and resolve booking-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally. You'll coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery, update booking records and generate reports on booking activities, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and possesses strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while working independently during the specified shift hours.

What We're Looking For

We need an entry-level professional with strong organizational and time management skills who can handle multiple bookings simultaneously without compromising accuracy or customer service quality. You should have excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal) to interact professionally with clients, address their inquiries, and provide clear information about booking processes and services. Basic computer proficiency is essential, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and the ability to quickly learn booking management systems or CRM platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with the capacity to maintain accurate records, process information efficiently, and catch errors before they impact operations. You must be customer-service oriented with a friendly, professional demeanor and the patience to handle client requests, complaints, or changes calmly and effectively. Comfort working during afternoon to evening hours is required, along with reliable internet access and your own computer setup for remote work. Self-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and the willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly are crucial. Previous experience in customer service, receptionist roles, appointment scheduling, or administrative support will be considered an advantage, but we're open to candidates with strong potential and eagerness to grow.
