Easetalent is hiring on behalf of a client for a hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager, split roughly sixty percent business analysis and forty percent project management. This is a high-ownership role for someone who genuinely loves owning a product, not just documenting it. You will lead calls directly with US and UK small business owners, so fluent, confident English is non-negotiable. If you have a sharp eye for edge cases, the confidence to push back on weak requirements, and the technical curiosity to understand how systems connect even without writing code yourself, this role offers real autonomy and impact.

In this role, you will take genuine ownership of the product, identifying edge cases that others miss and pushing back constructively on requirements that do not hold up under scrutiny. You will test features yourself before they go live and have the authority to greenlight production deployments, making you a true gatekeeper of quality rather than a passive coordinator. While you will not be writing code, you are expected to understand technical concepts such as API webhooks and be able to read a JSON response to locate the specific field that matters, giving you the technical fluency to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis instincts with practical project management discipline. You communicate with complete confidence and fluency in English, as you will be leading calls directly with small business owners in the US and UK. You are comfortable working independently, thinking critically about requirements, and taking ownership of outcomes rather than simply executing instructions. A basic technical literacy around APIs, webhooks, and JSON is essential, even without a coding background.

This role offers full remote flexibility with strict core hours from 9 AM to 6 PM Pakistan Standard Time, alongside a compensation package of PKR 150,000 to 250,000 per month based on experience, quarterly performance bonuses, a PKR 130,000 workstation upgrade allowance with internet backup, and premium medical insurance covering parents and dependents.
