Role Overview – SyntaxErreur is hiring a Business Analyst for a full-time remote position with a 1-year duration. This role offers an opportunity to analyze business requirements, bridge the gap between business and technical teams, and contribute to successful project delivery.

Requirements Analysis – You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Understanding business processes, identifying gaps, and translating requirements into functional specifications for development teams will be core responsibilities.

Stakeholder Engagement – Working closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Facilitating meetings, workshops, and discussions to elicit requirements and gain consensus among stakeholders.

Communication Skills – Strong English communication skills are mandatory for documenting requirements, creating reports, and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Clear and effective communication ensures project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Management & Leadership Skills – Demonstrating management and leadership abilities in guiding requirement discussions, making recommendations, and driving decision-making processes. You should be able to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives independently.

Teamwork Abilities – Strong teamwork abilities and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams in a remote setting. You will coordinate with developers, designers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Analytical Thinking – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business scenarios, identify solutions, and recommend improvements. You should be detail-oriented and capable of translating business needs into actionable insights.
