About the Role

Outsource Leap is seeking an enthusiastic Business Developer to expand our client base and secure new software development projects. This remote position offers the perfect opportunity for a sales-driven professional to work with local and international clients in the IT services industry. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate understands software development services, excels at communication, and has a proven track record in business development within the technology sector.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with 1+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT or software industries. You should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, along with a solid understanding of software development services and SaaS business models. Experience with lead generation, proposal writing, bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), and client meetings is essential. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working across different time zones with diverse international clients. You'll work Monday to Friday with flexible timings, enjoying the freedom of remote work while contributing to our company's growth.
