About the Role
Talent Pull is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience to drive growth in IT services sales and expand our client base across web and app development, AI/ML solutions, and IT resource augmentation. This full-time remote position offers an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to work with cutting-edge technology solutions while enjoying the flexibility of working from home with strong backend and technical support. You'll be responsible for client acquisition and business development for Web & App Development services, AI/ML Solutions, and IT Resource Augmentation, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the B2B IT services sector. Your role will involve lead generation through multiple channels including LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, networking events, and digital platforms, building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target companies. You'll create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs and technical requirements, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. You'll coordinate with technical teams to understand service capabilities and delivery timelines, collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems. The ideal candidate is results-driven, possesses strong communication and persuasion skills, and thrives in a remote environment where self-motivation and consistent performance are key to success and career advancement.
What We're Looking For
We need a business development professional with 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B IT services sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals successfully. You must have strong understanding of IT services including web development, mobile app development, AI/ML solutions, or IT staffing/resource augmentation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for engaging prospects, presenting solutions convincingly, and closing deals at various organizational levels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) for managing sales pipelines and tracking activities. Proficiency in LinkedIn lead generation, including Sales Navigator, InMail campaigns, and social selling strategies is highly valued. You should possess strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, understand their business challenges, and position our services as solutions. Self-driven personality with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage your own schedule, and consistently pursue targets without constant supervision is crucial. Experience with proposal writing, contract negotiation, and understanding of IT project pricing models will set you apart. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail in follow-ups, and the ability to handle multiple prospects simultaneously are essential. A results-oriented mindset, resilience in handling rejections, and commitment to continuous learning about emerging IT trends and technologies are qualities we're seeking in the ideal candidate.
