Role Overview – Codeshine - Innovative IT Solutions is expanding its team and hiring passionate Business Development Executives with minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry. This hybrid/remote position is ideal for driven sales professionals who want to grow with an innovative IT company and play a key role in driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship building.

Client Acquisition and Lead Generation – You will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector by researching potential clients, generating leads through various channels, conducting outreach campaigns, and building a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. Your proactive approach to lead generation should consistently bring new opportunities that support the company's growth objectives.

Sales and Business Development – You will develop and execute sales strategies to win new clients and grow revenue. Your responsibilities include understanding client technology needs, presenting Codeshine's IT solutions effectively, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that bring value to both clients and the company.

Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for IT solutions. Effective relationship management involves understanding evolving client needs, providing ongoing support, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction that leads to long-term partnerships and referrals.

Market Research and Analysis – You will conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, emerging opportunities, and potential market segments. These insights inform your business development strategies and help position Codeshine's solutions effectively in the competitive IT services market.

Collaboration with Technical Teams – You will collaborate closely with technical teams to understand solution capabilities, align client requirements with technical offerings, participate in solution design discussions, and ensure smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

IT Industry Experience – Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry is mandatory. You should understand IT services, technology solutions, software development, digital transformation, or related areas that enable you to engage credibly with technical decision-makers and position IT solutions effectively.

Sales Skills – Strong sales and business development skills are essential. You must be able to identify opportunities, articulate value propositions persuasively, handle objections, negotiate effectively, close deals consistently, and achieve revenue targets in a competitive market.

Communication Skills – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for engaging with clients, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and representing Codeshine professionally. You should be articulate, confident, and able to explain complex IT concepts in business terms.

Self-Motivation and Drive – High self-motivation and drive are important for success in business development. You should be proactive, results-oriented, persistent in pursuing opportunities, comfortable with rejection, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Hybrid/Remote Work Capability – The ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment is required. You should be self-disciplined, organized, able to manage your time independently, and comfortable using digital tools for communication, collaboration, and CRM management.
