In this role you will be responsible for providing one on one career coaching and mentoring to clients, delivering engaging workshops, webinars, and group coaching sessions, and supporting individuals through career transitions, professional development planning, and goal setting. You will bring a deep understanding of career development frameworks, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for empowering people to take charge of their professional journeys. Your ability to connect with diverse clients, deliver impactful coaching experiences, and drive measurable outcomes will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Career Coach, Mentor, Career Counselor, or Professional Development Coach. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field is required with a Master's degree being preferred. Experience delivering workshops, webinars, or group coaching sessions, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a genuine empathy and passion for supporting others in their professional development are essential qualities we are looking for.
