Role Overview – Caribou Tourism LLC is hiring a Client Relations Specialist for a full-time, remote position serving clients across the United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for accomplished customer service professionals with strong relationship management expertise, tourism and travel industry knowledge, and the ability to support client relations effectively, manage inquiries, coordinate travel arrangements, ensure satisfaction, maintain relationships, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic tourism organization.

Client Communication and Support – You will provide comprehensive client support by responding to inquiries, providing information, addressing concerns, and maintaining professionalism. You will be primary contact for client needs and support. You should provide excellent client communication and service.

Inquiry Response and Management – You will respond to client inquiries by answering questions, providing information, directing appropriately, and supporting understanding. You will be helpful resource for client information and needs. You should respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.

Travel Information Provision – You will provide travel information by sharing destination details, explaining options, offering recommendations, and supporting decision-making. You will help clients plan and understand travel options. You should provide comprehensive travel information.

Destination Knowledge and Guidance – You will develop destination expertise by learning about locations, understanding attractions, appreciating cultural context, and sharing knowledge. You will be knowledgeable guide for client destinations. You should develop strong destination knowledge.

Package and Service Explanation – You will explain tourism packages by describing inclusions, outlining itineraries, clarifying services, and supporting understanding. You will help clients understand offerings clearly. You should explain packages comprehensively.
