About the Role
Constell8 is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our remote team and provide exceptional support to our trading community. This full-time remote position is specifically designed for professionals with experience in proprietary trading firms, forex trading, and the financial markets industry. You'll be responsible for assisting clients with their trading accounts, resolving technical issues, answering questions about trading platforms and prop firm rules, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve responding to inquiries via email, live chat, and ticketing systems, educating traders on platform features, troubleshooting account-related issues, and providing timely, accurate information about trading conditions and policies. The ideal candidate has a genuine understanding of forex trading terminology, prop firm operations, and the challenges traders face, combined with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed in their trading journey.
What We're Looking For
We need a customer support professional with at least 6+ months of experience in customer service, preferably within the prop trading, forex, or fintech industry. You must have a solid understanding of proprietary trading firms, forex markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), leverage, margin, risk management, and common trading concepts. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), problem-solving abilities, and the ability to explain complex trading concepts in simple terms are essential. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, along with the ability to work independently in different time zones, is highly valued. You should be tech-savvy, quick to learn new systems, and committed to providing accurate, helpful responses that build trust and customer satisfaction.
