Revolut is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support its regulatory reporting function on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will support the Finance team across financial planning, treasury operations, financial strategy, and regulatory reporting, building and adapting data models and ETL processes specifically for regulatory reporting needs. You will maintain and improve reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data quality at all times, and translate complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutions that the wider business can rely on. Monitoring and improving data reliability with a high level of attention to detail will be central to your responsibilities, as will designing key metrics, creating and maintaining aggregated views and tables to simplify data querying, and building and maintaining dashboards that track metrics and visualise insights. You will collaborate closely with Regulatory Reporting Managers to understand reporting logic and operational processes, and contribute to a deeper understanding of the business through its data.

The ideal candidate brings four or more years of experience with SQL and a solid understanding of complex data systems, along with proficiency in Python or other programming languages. You have a background or education in a quantitative discipline, solid mathematical and statistical knowledge, and a proven track record of creating impactful analytical solutions in an environment where accuracy and deadlines are non-negotiable. The ability to adjust data to strict regulatory specifications, a proactive mindset, and a genuine sense of urgency are essential. Experience in finance, banking, or accounting, an advanced degree in a core STEM subject, proficiency in additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++, and participation in academic Olympiad competitions in maths, physics, economics, or programming are all considered meaningful advantages.
