The primary responsibilities for this role revolve around full-lifecycle candidate delivery, talent attraction, and candidate relationship management within the accountancy and finance sector. The position focuses on active candidate sourcing, pre-screening financial professionals, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating client interviews. Daily activities include leveraging modern sourcing technologies, conducting detailed competency-based assessments, and managing candidate offers through to successful placement. Because this is a delivery-focused position, the role eliminates cold-calling and outbound business development, allowing undivided concentration on finding, engaging, and securing the best accountancy and finance talent in the market.

Candidates applying for this position should possess a solid track record in agency recruitment, with direct exposure to accountancy and finance markets or closely related professional verticals.
