Behind every great product is a team that makes sure it stays up, scales fast, and never breaks when it matters most. Talent JDI is looking for a DevOps Engineer who understands that reliability is not a feature—it is a foundation.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of development and operations, building the systems that keep applications running smoothly at scale. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers the products. That means automating deployments, managing cloud environments, monitoring system performance, and ensuring security and reliability across the board. You will work closely with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has two to five years of experience in a DevOps or similar role. You are comfortable with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and have hands-on experience with containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes. You understand infrastructure as code and have worked with configuration management tools. Your scripting skills are solid—whether in Python, Bash, or similar—and you have a strong grasp of networking, security, and monitoring. You are also a problem solver who enjoys the challenge of keeping complex systems running smoothly.

This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates based in Vietnam or Southeast Asia. The salary is USD 1,500 – 2,500 gross per month, and the process involves four interview rounds. You will be joining a company that values technical excellence and works with international clients on impactful projects.
