Role Overview – Zilancer LLC is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert to manage online presence and marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. This remote position is ideal for marketing professionals with proven experience in digital marketing who can create content, manage ad campaigns, optimize performance, and develop strategies that increase brand awareness and drive conversions.

Social Media Content Creation – You will create and publish regular posts for Facebook and Instagram that engage audiences, communicate brand messages, and build community. Your content should be visually appealing, strategically planned, and aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.

Ad Campaign Management – You will plan, set up, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your campaign management includes defining objectives, selecting target audiences, choosing ad formats, setting budgets, launching campaigns, and ensuring ads run efficiently.

Ad Performance Optimization – You will optimize ads for better performance across key metrics including leads, sales, and reach. Your optimization involves testing different ad variations, refining targeting, adjusting bidding strategies, improving creative elements, and continuously improving campaign performance to maximize return on ad spend.

Performance Analysis and Reporting – You will analyze ad results and share performance reports with stakeholders. Your reporting includes tracking key metrics, identifying trends, providing insights, recommending improvements, and communicating campaign performance clearly to support data-driven decision-making.

Marketing Strategy Development – You will develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and conversions. Your strategic approach involves understanding target audiences, competitive landscape, market opportunities, and creating comprehensive plans that drive measurable business outcomes through digital channels.

Creative Content Planning – You will suggest creative content ideas and campaign plans that capture attention, engage audiences, and support business objectives. Your creativity combined with strategic thinking produces compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.

Proven Digital Marketing Experience – Proven experience in Digital Marketing is required. You should demonstrate a track record of successfully managing digital marketing activities, running campaigns, and delivering measurable results through online channels.

Facebook Ads Manager Expertise – Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager is essential. You must be proficient in creating campaigns, managing budgets, setting up targeting, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns within Facebook's advertising platform.

Instagram Marketing Knowledge – Strong knowledge of Instagram marketing including content creation, Instagram Shopping, Instagram ads, Reels strategy, and building engaged audiences is required.

Content Strategy Understanding – Understanding of content strategy and audience targeting is important. You should know how to plan content calendars, create content that serves marketing objectives, and target audiences effectively.
