Role Overview – Endureth Consulting is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect for a remote contract position. This role is ideal for seasoned D365 professionals who can lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple business domains with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.

Solution Architecture Leadership – You will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions that address complex business requirements across multiple domains. Your responsibilities include defining solution architecture, establishing technical direction, creating architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and guiding implementation teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

D365 Implementation – You will leverage your strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation to architect solutions that maximize platform capabilities. This involves designing system configurations, planning integrations, establishing data models, defining customization approaches, and ensuring solutions follow Microsoft best practices and architectural patterns.

Customer Engagement Solutions – Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules is preferred. You should understand capabilities across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and related CE applications, and be able to design solutions that enhance customer-facing processes and improve engagement.

Finance & Operations Solutions – Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is preferred. You should be familiar with financial management, supply chain, manufacturing, and other F&O capabilities, and able to architect enterprise resource planning solutions that optimize business operations.

Technical Design – You will create comprehensive technical designs that guide development teams in implementing D365 solutions. This includes defining integration architecture, data migration strategies, security models, customization frameworks, and ensuring technical designs are feasible, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.

Stakeholder Engagement – You will engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, present architectural options, provide technical guidance, and ensure proposed solutions meet business needs while remaining technically sound and cost-effective.

D365 Expertise – Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation is mandatory. You must have deep knowledge of D365 architecture, platform capabilities, customization options, integration patterns, and proven experience delivering successful D365 projects.

Multi-Module Experience – Experience across multiple D365 modules, preferably spanning both Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (F&O), is highly valued. Breadth of experience enables you to design comprehensive solutions that span business functions.

Architectural Skills – Strong solution architecture skills are essential. You should be able to translate business requirements into technical architectures, make sound technology decisions, balance competing constraints, and create designs that are both innovative and practical.
