Role Overview:

Elite eXceed is seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Transformation Architect (M365 & OCM) to lead and support large-scale cloud transformation initiatives across enterprise environments. The role focuses on Microsoft 365 transformation, organizational change management, cloud adoption, stakeholder alignment, and the development of practical transformation strategies. The ideal candidate should combine strong technical understanding with business and organizational change expertise to help organizations successfully adopt modern cloud technologies and operating models.

Enterprise Cloud Transformation:

• Develop and execute enterprise cloud transformation strategies aligned with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Assess existing technology environments, operating models, and business processes to identify transformation opportunities.
• Define practical cloud adoption approaches that support scalability, security, productivity, and business continuity.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and implementation strategies for enterprise initiatives.

Microsoft 365 Transformation:

• Lead transformation initiatives involving Microsoft 365 services and modern workplace technologies.
• Assess Microsoft 365 environments and identify opportunities to improve collaboration, productivity, governance, and user adoption.
• Support the planning and implementation of Microsoft 365 transformation programs across enterprise environments.
• Work with technical teams to ensure M365 initiatives align with business requirements and transformation objectives.

Organizational Change Management:

• Develop organizational change strategies to support successful adoption of new technologies and business processes.
• Assess organizational readiness and identify potential adoption challenges and transformation risks.
• Develop communication, training, engagement, and adoption approaches for affected stakeholders.
• Work with leadership and business teams to build awareness, alignment, and support for transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership:

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, project managers, technical specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Translate complex technology concepts into clear business outcomes and actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, planning meetings, and transformation discussions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout transformation programs.

Transformation Architecture & Roadmaps:

• Develop enterprise architecture recommendations and transformation roadmaps based on organizational requirements.
• Define target-state capabilities, operating models, processes, and technology directions.
• Identify dependencies, risks, constraints, and opportunities across transformation initiatives.
• Ensure proposed solutions support long-term business and technology objectives.

Governance, Risk & Adoption:

• Support the development of governance frameworks for cloud and Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives.
• Identify transformation risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Monitor adoption progress and assess the effectiveness of transformation activities.
• Establish appropriate measures and success indicators to evaluate transformation outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in enterprise cloud transformation, cloud architecture, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace transformation.
• Experience with organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and transformation roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business strategies and outcomes.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Relevant cloud, Microsoft, architecture, or change management certifications are preferred.
