Outsourcey, a global remote staffing provider founded in 2024, is recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a growing e-commerce and consumer goods business. This is a role for a commercially minded finance professional who can turn financial data into decisions, and decisions into growth.

This is a senior role for someone who is CA or CPA qualified, or who has equivalent experience, with a strong background in management accounting and financial planning and analysis. You will oversee monthly management reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting across Australia, the UK, and the US. You will manage cash flow, working capital, and financial performance, and analyse media spend, sales channels, and product profitability to identify cost savings and growth opportunities. You will maintain accurate financial data across Xero, Cin7, Shopify, and connected systems, and provide clear financial insights and recommendations directly to the CEO. You will also support and develop an Inventory Data Administrator and coordinate with external accountants. If you are proactive, commercially minded, and confident in financial decision-making, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple currencies and legal entities, which is essential for this role given the cross-border nature of the business. Experience with Xero and inventory systems such as Cin7 is highly desirable, and a background in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods will be a strong advantage. You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and can communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders. You are not just a numbers person. This is a full-time, fully remote position. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
