A fleet is more than a collection of vehicles. It is a promise that every delivery will arrive on time, every driver will have what they need, and every route will run without unnecessary delay. Hire Hub International HR Consultancy, an Abu Dhabi-based recruitment firm founded in 2015 and registered with the Ministry of Labor, is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join a client operation in the UAE. This is a role for someone who understands that keeping a fleet moving is not just about logistics. It is about coordination, cost control, and compliance.

This is a role for someone with two to five years of relevant fleet coordination or transport experience. You will manage daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation, and driver schedules, ensuring that every vehicle is where it needs to be and every driver knows their route. You will monitor GPS tracking, vehicle utilisation, and fleet performance, keeping an eye on efficiency and identifying areas for improvement. You will coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and documentation, ensuring that all vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with UAE transport regulations. You will also monitor fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and cost efficiency, and prepare fleet reports for internal departments. If you are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has a valid UAE driving licence, which is mandatory for this position. You have UAE fleet management experience preferred, along with strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working with fleet management systems and GPS tracking tools, and you can prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed records. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the UAE. The salary is up to AED 5,000 per month.
