A well-run store does not happen by accident. It is the result of someone who knows how to lead a team, manage a floor, and keep customers coming back. Nahla Al Wadi, one of the GCC's largest wholesale food and beverage trading establishments, is looking for a Floor Manager to oversee daily retail operations at its UAE location.

You will manage staff schedules, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards. You will drive sales, manage inventory, handle customer queries, and make sure the store runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable on the floor, leading by example, and solving problems as they arise.

The ideal candidate has experience in retail or supermarket management, with strong leadership and organisational skills. You are comfortable managing teams, meeting targets, and maintaining a well-presented store environment. Immediate availability is an advantage.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the UAE. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
