Role Overview – Mynz Trip is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Laravel 12, PHP 8.4, Inertia.js, and Vue.js 3 for a remote position. This opportunity offers a salary of 50k to 65k and is exclusively for Bangladeshi candidates. You will work on modern, high-performance web applications using clean monolith architecture with SPA-like experience powered by Inertia.

Laravel Backend Development – You will develop robust backend applications using Laravel 12 and PHP 8.4, create RESTful APIs, implement server-side logic, design database schemas, write Eloquent ORM models, develop controllers and middleware, implement authentication and authorization, manage routing, handle business logic, and build scalable backend architecture that supports high-performance web applications.

Inertia.js Integration – You will leverage Inertia.js to create SPA-like experiences within monolith architecture, implement Inertia server-side adapters in Laravel, configure Inertia routing, manage page components, handle Inertia responses, implement client-side navigation without full page reloads, optimize asset loading, and deliver seamless user experiences that combine traditional server-side rendering benefits with SPA interactivity.

Vue.js 3 Frontend Development – You will develop modern frontend interfaces using Vue.js 3, create reactive components using Composition API, implement component lifecycle methods, manage component state, develop reusable UI components, implement Vue Router for client-side routing, handle form validation and submission, create responsive layouts, and build interactive user interfaces with excellent user experience.

Full Stack Feature Implementation – You will implement complete features from backend to frontend, develop end-to-end functionality, coordinate database design with UI implementation, ensure seamless integration between Laravel backend and Vue.js frontend, implement CRUD operations, handle file uploads, implement search and filtering, and deliver complete, functional features.

Database Design and Management – You will design and manage database schemas using MySQL or PostgreSQL, create efficient database structures, write complex queries, optimize database performance, implement database migrations, manage relationships between models, ensure data integrity, handle database indexing, and maintain reliable data persistence layer.

API Development and Integration – You will develop APIs for frontend consumption, implement RESTful endpoints, handle JSON responses, create API resources and transformers, implement API versioning when needed, integrate third-party APIs, handle API authentication, manage API rate limiting, and ensure robust API architecture.

Authentication and Authorization – You will implement authentication systems using Laravel's authentication features, manage user sessions, implement role-based access control (RBAC), handle permissions, secure routes and endpoints, implement password management, integrate social authentication if needed, and ensure application security through proper authentication and authorization mechanisms.

State Management – You will manage application state using Vue.js state management patterns, implement Pinia or Vuex when needed, handle global state, manage component communication, implement reactive data flow, optimize state updates, prevent state-related bugs, and ensure predictable state management across the application.

Performance Optimization – You will optimize application performance including database query optimization, implementing caching strategies (Redis), lazy loading components, optimizing asset compilation, minimizing bundle sizes, implementing code splitting, optimizing API responses, reducing server load, and ensuring fast page loads and responsive user interactions.

Testing and Quality Assurance – You will write automated tests using PHPUnit for backend code and Vue Test Utils for frontend components, implement unit tests, create integration tests, perform end-to-end testing, ensure code coverage, debug issues, fix bugs, conduct code reviews, and maintain high code quality standards.
