This fully remote, full-time role offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned software engineer to build and maintain the cutting-edge platforms and tools that power JT1's AI-native recruitment solutions for global clients.

The Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust web applications and internal systems that support JT1's core recruitment operations. You will work closely with the team to translate designer mock-ups and wireframes into responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js, while also developing and maintaining scalable server-side applications and APIs with Node.js. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of JT1's AI-powered recruitment platform, which serves over 2,000 global clients and connects with more than 150,000 verified IT professionals. This role requires a strong focus on both design implementation and technical execution, ensuring that all solutions are not only functional but also user-centric and visually polished.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in TypeScript and fullstack software engineering, with a strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js. You must have a proven track record of translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces, as well as extensive experience implementing and integrating APIs. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within a global team. The successful candidate will be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building elegant, scalable solutions that solve real-world problems in the recruitment technology space.

This is a fully remote, full-time position offering a competitive gross monthly salary in the range of USD 2,000–3,000, commensurate with experience.
