About the Role

Agile MindWare is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our remote team and bring visual excellence to our brand. You'll be responsible for designing engaging social media posts, marketing materials, and web graphics that captivate audiences and strengthen our brand presence. Your role will involve creating compelling illustrations, layouts, and brand-aligned visual assets while collaborating closely with our marketing and content teams. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can handle multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, and brings fresh, innovative ideas to every project.

What We're Looking For

We need a design professional who is highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools, with the technical skills to execute complex visual projects efficiently. You should have a creative, detail-oriented approach to design, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and composition. A strong understanding of modern design trends, social media best practices, and digital marketing is essential. The successful candidate will present an up-to-date portfolio showcasing professional work that demonstrates versatility, creativity, and the ability to align designs with brand guidelines. You must be self-motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
