Role Overview

USEROX.IN is seeking creative and talented Graphic Designers to join our team in a fully remote capacity across India. We are looking for individuals who possess strong visual storytelling abilities and a passion for creating engaging digital content. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing compelling designs that align with brand identity, marketing strategies, and client objectives. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at USEROX.IN, you will conceptualize and create visual assets for digital platforms, including social media graphics, marketing materials, website visuals, advertisements, and branding elements. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure consistency across all design outputs. Understanding project requirements, translating ideas into creative designs, and delivering high-quality work within timelines will be essential aspects of your role. You will also revise and refine designs based on feedback, maintain brand consistency, and stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously enhance creative output.

Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates should have proven experience in graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar software is required. A good understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding fundamentals is essential. The ideal candidate must have excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently in a remote setup, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Experience in digital marketing design, UI/UX basics, or motion graphics will be considered an advantage.
