About the Role

InnovativeX is seeking a creative and versatile Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our remote team and deliver exceptional visual experiences across digital platforms. This full-time remote position offers an exciting opportunity for a design professional to work on diverse creative projects ranging from brand identity to user interface design. You'll be responsible for creating compelling graphics for social media, designing intuitive user interfaces, developing brand assets, and producing engaging motion graphics that capture attention and drive results. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing teams, developers, and stakeholders to translate concepts into visually stunning designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate is a multi-talented designer who can seamlessly switch between different design disciplines while maintaining consistency and quality across all deliverables.

What We're Looking For

We need a creative professional with strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and Canva. You should have solid experience in UI/UX design principles, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating user-centered designs. Expertise in branding, logo design, social media content creation, and motion graphics is essential. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of design trends, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience with responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and designing for multiple platforms is highly valued. You must be detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your work in graphic design, UI/UX, branding, and motion graphics is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively will set you apart.
