Role Overview
Partnerdesk is conducting a recruitment drive for HR Internship positions. This opportunity is ideal for students and freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or similar field. This is a fully remote position with a duration of 1–6 months (flexible), perfect for those eager to gain hands-on HR experience and kick-start their HR career in a professional environment.
HR Administrative Support
You will provide comprehensive HR administrative support including managing employee records, processing documentation, coordinating HR activities, maintaining HRIS systems, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations that support the organization's workforce. As an HR intern, you will work closely with senior HR professionals to understand and execute critical HR functions in a professional environment.
Documentation and Record Management
You will manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records including personnel files, contracts, leave records, attendance data, and other HR documents. Proper record-keeping ensures compliance, supports HR processes, and provides accessible information for management and reporting. You will develop a strong understanding of document management best practices and confidentiality protocols.
Recruitment Coordination
You will support recruitment activities by posting job openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, preparing offer letters, and facilitating onboarding processes that bring new employees into the organization smoothly. This hands-on experience will give you valuable insights into the talent acquisition process and help you build recruitment expertise.
Employee Data Management
You will manage employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy, updating information, generating reports, maintaining data integrity, and providing HR analytics that support decision-making and workforce planning. You will gain practical experience with HR management systems and develop strong data management skills essential for modern HR professionals.
