Role Overview – ICity Tek is offering a virtual/remote HR role designed to provide hands-on experience in international HR practices, recruitment, and candidate management. This flexible opportunity is ideal for individuals with degrees in HR, Business, or related fields who want to gain real-world experience with an internationally recognized high-tech company while working remotely from anywhere.

Recruitment and Candidate Management – You will gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, candidate communication, and database management. Your involvement in recruitment processes develops practical skills in talent acquisition and candidate relationship management within an international context.

International HR Practices – You will gain exposure to international HR operations, cross-cultural candidate management, global recruitment strategies, professional workplace standards, and how internationally recognized high-tech companies manage talent acquisition and human resources across different markets.

Candidate Communication and Coordination – You will support candidate communication, coordinate interview schedules, maintain applicant tracking systems, respond to candidate inquiries, provide application status updates, and ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.

HR Operations Support – You will assist with HR functions including onboarding coordination, documentation management, employee database updates, HR communications, record keeping, and various administrative tasks that support the company's human resources operations.

Professional Development – You will develop professional knowledge, teamwork capabilities, work ethics, communication skills, time management, and remote collaboration abilities. Working independently in a remote setting builds self-discipline and prepares you for modern workplace environments that increasingly embrace flexible work arrangements.

Requirements – Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, or related fields. Proactive, committed, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Eager to learn and contribute in a professional global environment. Proficiency in Chinese preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and genuine interest in international HR are essential.
