Role Overview – ClientFirst Solutions (USA) is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, remote position serving USA-based operations. This position is ideal for experienced HR leaders with strong human resources expertise, employee relations knowledge, and the ability to manage comprehensive HR operations effectively, drive organizational development, ensure regulatory compliance, support professional staff excellence, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic client solutions business environment.

Strategic HR Planning and Organizational Development – You will develop comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives, assess organizational capability needs, and implement HR initiatives supporting business growth. You will conduct workforce planning, identify talent requirements, and develop strategies building organizational capacity for sustainable success and competitive advantage.

Recruitment and Professional Talent Acquisition – You will lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies by identifying staffing needs, recruiting qualified professionals, and managing hiring processes. You will oversee recruitment activities, source talented professionals, build strong teams, and ensure hiring of qualified candidates fitting organizational culture and professional standards.

Employee Relations and Engagement Management – You will manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, resolving conflicts constructively, and maintaining positive relationships with professional and administrative staff. You will develop employee engagement programs, conduct satisfaction surveys, implement engagement initiatives, and foster positive workplace culture supporting retention and commitment.

USA Employment Law Compliance – You will ensure strict compliance with USA employment laws, federal regulations, state labor laws, and all applicable employment requirements. You will maintain comprehensive knowledge of employment regulations, ensure proper employment contracts, manage hiring processes compliantly, and maintain fully compliant HR records.
