Role Overview – Quanta Metrics Consulting (QMCC) is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator with a proven track record in full-cycle international recruitment. This remote position requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple countries, particularly the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and strong familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), including USD ATS or equivalent platforms.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management – You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. You will handle each stage of the hiring process comprehensively, coordinate all recruitment activities, ensure seamless candidate progression through hiring stages, facilitate offer discussions, manage pre-employment processes, coordinate new hire onboarding, and deliver complete end-to-end recruitment services.
International Sourcing Strategies – You will develop and implement effective international sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets, particularly in USA and Canada. You will identify best sourcing channels for different regions, utilize global job boards and platforms, implement targeted search strategies, leverage social media recruiting, build international talent pipelines, adapt sourcing approaches to different markets, and successfully attract qualified candidates across geographical boundaries.
USA and Canada Market Expertise – You will demonstrate proven experience recruiting across USA and Canada markets by understanding regional talent landscapes, navigating time zone differences, coordinating across North American territories, understanding local hiring practices and labor markets, building networks in US and Canadian markets, and effectively recruiting for positions across these key geographies.
Hiring Manager Collaboration – You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly. You will conduct intake meetings to clarify position specifications, understand team dynamics and culture fit requirements, provide market insights and talent availability intelligence, recommend realistic timelines and sourcing approaches, maintain regular communication on candidate progress, and ensure recruitment activities align with hiring manager expectations.
ATS Platform Management – You will utilize ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines, update records, and ensure compliance with internal processes. You will demonstrate hands-on experience with USD ATS or equivalent systems, manage candidate tracking from application to hire, maintain accurate and current candidate data, generate reports and analytics from ATS, configure workflows and templates, ensure data integrity, and leverage ATS capabilities for efficient recruitment operations.
