Job Description

Role Overview – Asset Track Pro is hiring a Human Resources Intern for a remote  position based in the United States. This is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in HR careers, with eagerness to learn, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support HR operations, assist with recruitment, gain practical HR experience, and develop professional skills within a technology company environment.

HR Administrative Support and Assistance – You will provide HR administrative support by assisting with daily HR operations, supporting HR team members with administrative tasks, organizing HR files and documentation, maintaining employee records, preparing HR correspondence, managing HR calendars and schedules, coordinating HR activities, and learning foundational HR administrative processes and procedures.

Recruitment and Hiring Support – You will support recruitment activities by assisting with job posting preparation and distribution, screening resumes and applications under supervision, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates, maintaining applicant tracking systems, updating recruitment databases, preparing candidate communications, supporting interview coordination, and learning recruitment processes and best practices.

Onboarding and New Hire Coordination – You will assist with onboarding by helping prepare new hire documentation and materials, coordinating onboarding schedules and activities, supporting new employee orientation processes, collecting and organizing new hire paperwork, updating onboarding checklists, assisting with onboarding communications, and learning employee onboarding and integration practices.

HR Documentation and Record Management – You will manage HR documentation by organizing employee files and records, maintaining digital HR databases, updating employee information, filing HR documents, ensuring data accuracy, managing document retention, supporting HRIS data entry, and developing skills in HR record-keeping and data management.
