About the Role

Marici Solutions is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with One to Three years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions. This remote role offers an excellent opportunity for early to mid-career recruitment professionals based in India to work on diverse US IT requirements while building expertise in international IT staffing. You'll be responsible for working on US IT requirements including both W Two full-time positions and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) contract roles across various technologies and skill sets. Your role will involve sourcing qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other specialized job portals, employing Boolean search techniques and advanced filtering to identify suitable technical talent. You'll screen candidates thoroughly for technical fit by evaluating their skills and project experience, verify visa status and work authorization for US employment, negotiate rates and compensation expectations, and assess availability and notice periods. You'll coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers, follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain engagement, and ensure smooth communication between all parties involved. You'll maintain an organized candidate pipeline with detailed records of interactions and progress, generate recruitment reports and metrics to track sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill, and manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate understands the US IT staffing landscape, possesses strong communication skills to engage with US-based clients and candidates, and can work independently in a remote environment while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance within the specified experience range.

What We're Looking For

We need a US IT recruitment professional with a minimum of One year but not more than Three years of experience specifically in US IT recruitment due to budget constraints. You must have strong understanding of the US hiring process including interview stages, offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding procedures. Hands-on experience working on W Two  full-time positions and C to C contract requirements is essential, along with knowledge of different visa types (H One B, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD) and their implications for hiring. The ideal candidate has proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter for targeted searches, Dice for IT professionals, and other job portals for candidate identification. You should be skilled in Boolean search techniques to create effective search strings and find niche technical talent. Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skill requirements across software development, infrastructure, data, cloud, and other domains is required. Good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for engaging with US-based hiring managers and technical candidates professionally. You must possess negotiation skills to discuss rates, compensation, and terms with candidates and clients effectively. Ability to work independently in a remote environment without constant supervision, managing your own schedule and deliverables is crucial. Self-motivation, persistence in following up with candidates, and ability to handle rejection positively are important qualities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools is preferred. You should be comfortable working during hours that overlap with US time zones when necessary for client and candidate communication. Critical Requirement: Your total recruitment experience must be between One to Three years only, as candidates with more experience will not be considered due to budget limitations.
