Job Description

Forte Group is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join its Product Management and engineering team on a fully remote basis, supporting the creation, maintenance, and refinement of detailed user stories for software delivery. With over 25 years of experience delivering outcome-focused software for enterprise clients across the US, Europe, and Latin America, Forte Group offers a genuinely rich environment for an early-career analyst to grow, learn, and make a real contribution to how software products are defined and delivered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, curious, and genuinely excited to understand how software is designed and brought to life.

In this role, you will work closely with a Senior Business Analyst and Product Manager to support the documentation of detailed requirements for assigned product features and workflows. You will draft user stories, acceptance criteria, supporting notes, and other backlog documentation using the team's established standards and templates, and help break down larger requirements into smaller, clearly scoped story components. You will gather and organise information about existing application functionality, workflows, business rules, edge cases, and dependencies, and track open questions, assumptions, decisions, and follow-up items throughout the story refinement process. You will participate in backlog grooming, estimation, sprint planning, and other agile delivery meetings, assist developers by researching existing requirements and confirming details, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.

The ideal candidate brings some experience in a Business Analyst, Product Operations, Project Coordination, QA, Product Support, or software delivery-related role, along with strong written communication skills and the ability to organise information clearly. High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple requirements and follow-up items simultaneously are essential. You have a genuine interest in agile software development and how product requirements move from idea to delivery, and you are comfortable asking thoughtful questions when requirements are incomplete or unclear. Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria, agile ceremonies, or backlog management tools is a meaningful advantage, as is any exposure to QA, software testing, UX or UI, customer support, or technical documentation.

Forte Group offers a remote-first environment where you choose where and how you work best, alongside comprehensive health insurance, access to a corporate psychologist, and partial sports activity coverage. You will benefit from free training programmes, certification reimbursement, access to online learning platforms, paid vacation, public holidays, and sick leave, as well as referral bonuses, regular performance reviews, and corporate events. You will work with diverse international teams on challenging projects using cutting-edge technologies, with a supportive team environment where your ideas matter from day one.

To apply, share your CV to bohdan.hrynchuk@fortegrp.com
When submitting your application, ensure your CV clearly highlights any experience in business analysis, project coordination, QA, product support, or software delivery roles, along with the tools you have used including Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms. Include examples of documentation, requirements writing, or process support work you have undertaken. Your cover letter should explain why you are drawn to the Junior Business Analyst role at Forte Group and reflect your curiosity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for agile software delivery environments. Feel free to forward this opportunity to anyone in your network who may be a strong fit.
