About the Role

InnovativeX is looking for a skilled Junior Full Stack Developer to join our remote development team and build innovative web applications. This full-time remote position is perfect for a developer with 1–3 years of experience who wants to work on exciting projects using modern technologies. You'll be responsible for developing responsive, scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js, building robust backend services with Node.js and Express.js, and integrating databases and APIs to create seamless user experiences. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code, collaborating with designers and senior developers, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing best practices for performance optimization. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning new technologies, solving complex problems, and contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

We need a full stack developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in modern web development technologies. You must be proficient in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript for frontend development, and Node.js with Express.js for backend services. Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS for styling, RESTful API development and integration, and database management with Supabase, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is essential. The ideal candidate has experience with version control (Git), understanding of responsive design principles, and familiarity with authentication, state management, and deployment processes. You should be a problem-solver with strong debugging skills, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. A portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing your projects, clean code practices, and the ability to build full-stack applications from scratch is required. Continuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for staying updated with latest web technologies will make you stand out.
