About the Role

Silverlight Group is hiring a Market Research Analyst to join our remote team and work on exciting international projects aligned with UK business hours. This performance-based remote position offers an excellent opportunity for research professionals to expand their global network while enjoying a flexible working environment. You'll be responsible for engaging and screening professionals for client research projects, identifying qualified participants who meet specific project criteria, and communicating through approved channels to coordinate research activities. Your role will involve conducting outreach to potential research participants, managing participant databases and tracking engagement metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure quality deliverables and project success. You'll maintain professional communication standards, follow project guidelines and compliance requirements, and support the research process from participant identification through completion. The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a remote work environment where self-motivation, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving are essential for success. This opportunity provides performance-based monthly compensation along with additional milestone incentives, giving you the chance to grow professionally while building valuable international connections.

What We're Looking For

We need a research professional with 6 months to 2 years of experience in research, recruitment, lead generation, or related fields who can demonstrate strong communication and engagement skills. You must have the ability to effectively engage professionals and screen candidates based on specific project requirements while maintaining organized records and tracking systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple research projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently. You should have reliable internet access and your own personal PC to perform work duties efficiently without interruption. This position is not suitable for full-time students or individuals currently employed full-time elsewhere, as it requires dedicated availability during UK business hours and the flexibility to focus on project deliverables. An updated LinkedIn profile is preferred as it demonstrates professional presence, networking capabilities, and active engagement in the professional community. You should be self-motivated, proactive in identifying solutions, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Experience with CRM systems, research platforms, or recruitment tools will be considered an advantage, along with strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive participant information.
