About the Role

Alpha Outreach Agency is hiring experienced Marketing & Sales Agents to join our growing team and work remotely from anywhere in the world. This flexible, performance-based position offers an excellent opportunity for sales professionals with minimum 1 year of experience to earn commission-based income while promoting cutting-edge digital services to international clients. You'll be responsible for hunting and acquiring new clients independently using your own proven strategies and outreach methods, promoting and selling our comprehensive range of services including Web Development, SEO Services, Graphic Design & Streamer Graphics, AI Models, and AI Agents. Your role will involve identifying potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking platforms, conducting discovery calls to understand client needs and position our services as solutions to their business challenges. You'll prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of our digital services, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully while meeting sales targets. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with international clients across different time zones and industries, handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure independently with minimal supervision. You'll coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction after sale, maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems. 

What We're Looking For

We need a marketing and sales professional with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in digital services, web development, or IT solutions. You must have excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate service offerings clearly and persuasively to international audiences. Strong ability to grab deals and close clients is essential, demonstrated through proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles. The ideal candidate can hunt clients independently using their own creative strategies without requiring constant direction, showing initiative and resourcefulness in lead generation. You should be confident in handling international clients, understanding cultural nuances, and adapting communication styles to engage decision-makers from different countries and industries. Knowledge of or experience selling Web Development, SEO Services, Graphic Design, or AI-related services will be considered a significant advantage. You must possess strong negotiation skills to close deals at optimal pricing while maintaining client satisfaction and long-term relationship potential. Self-motivation and discipline to work independently in a remote environment without direct supervision are crucial for success in this role.
