Job Description
Behind every good healthcare provider is a team that keeps the patient journey moving. Appointments booked, follow-ups made, questions answered, concerns addressed. The Medical Virtual Assistant is the person who ensures that no patient feels forgotten and no lead goes cold. Brains Hub, a UK-based digital solutions company, is looking for an experienced Medical Virtual Assistant to support a UK-based healthcare provider. This is a remote role for someone who understands that in healthcare, communication is not just customer service. It is care.
This is a role for someone with at least two years of relevant experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar patient coordination role. You will manage patient inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and the end-to-end patient journey. You will handle client-facing communication and convert leads into bookings, explain services, address concerns, and support service sales. You will maintain patient records and update CRM systems, ensuring that every interaction is documented accurately. You will also ensure a smooth patient experience while maintaining strict confidentiality, which is essential in a healthcare setting. If you are organised, empathetic, and comfortable managing multiple patient interactions at once, this role will suit you.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in patient coordination, client communication, and service sales. You have excellent English communication and lead conversion skills, and you are familiar with CRM and appointment scheduling systems. Knowledge of UK healthcare workflows and data protection requirements is preferred. You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively across a full-time schedule. Immediate availability is preferred.
This is a full-time, remote position. Working hours are 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
To apply:
Send your CV to asiya@brainshub.co.uk
When you apply, take a moment to make your application stand out. Highlight your experience in patient coordination and client communication specifically, including the types of healthcare settings you have supported and the volume of patients you have managed daily, because this gives the hiring team a clear picture of your capability. In your cover letter, describe a time you converted a hesitant patient inquiry into a confirmed booking, showing that you understand the balance between care and conversion that this role requires. If you have experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or any healthcare-specific scheduling platform, mention that clearly, as it demonstrates you can step in without a long learning curve. If you are familiar with UK healthcare workflows or data protection requirements such as GDPR, state that explicitly, because it is preferred for this role. Finally, confirm your availability to work the 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT schedule and your ability to join immediately, as these are practical requirements. If you have a quiet home office setup and reliable internet, mention that too, because clear communication is critical when supporting patients remotely.
Feel free to share this opportunity with anyone in your network who might be a strong fit.
