Role Overview – Aaryavin Services is hiring an SAP Onboarding Architect for a remote contract position of 1+ year (extendable). This role requires 7+ years of total experience with 5+ years in Onboarding Architect modules, working in rotational shifts (General or UK). This position is ideal for certified SAP SuccessFactors professionals with extensive implementation experience who can configure, maintain, and optimize Onboarding Architect modules.
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Architect Implementation – You will lead implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Architect modules across countries and global organizations. You will leverage 6-8 years of exclusive hands-on experience to design solutions, configure modules, implement best practices, and deliver successful SAP SuccessFactors talent acquisition implementations preferably in mid/large size organizations.
Technical Problem Resolution – You will investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems related to Onboarding Architect modules, troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, develop effective solutions, implement fixes, test resolutions, and ensure system stability and optimal performance through expert technical problem-solving.
Business Requirements and Gap Analysis – You will collaborate strongly with technical and functional Product Owners to define business requirements, understand talent acquisition needs, conduct comprehensive gap analysis between business requirements and SF-RCM capabilities, identify gaps and workarounds, recommend solutions, ensure alignment with system capabilities, and translate business needs into technical configurations.
Configuration and Maintenance – You will configure and maintain recruitment workflows including requisition approval processes, candidate application workflows, interview scheduling, offer approval workflows, and complete recruitment lifecycle. You will manage permission settings and role-based permissions, configure candidate management features, and handle system integration activities with HRIS, applicant tracking, background check systems, and other third-party integrations.
