Role Overview – TeknoBit Solutions Inc. is hiring an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant for a full-time, remote role based in the United States. This position is ideal for experienced Oracle HCM professionals with strong techno-functional expertise, a deep understanding of cloud-based HR systems, and the ability to design, implement, and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud modules within a dynamic consulting environment. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, delivering scalable HR technology solutions across client engagements.

HCM Cloud Implementation & Configuration – You will lead and support end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations by gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analyses, configuring core HCM modules, mapping business processes to system capabilities, validating functional designs, and ensuring successful delivery within project timelines.

Technical Development & Customization – You will develop and maintain technical components within the Oracle HCM Cloud ecosystem by building Fast Formulas, writing HCM Extracts, creating BI Publisher and OTBI reports, configuring HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL processes, and supporting REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems.

Business Requirements Analysis – You will engage directly with client stakeholders and HR business owners to elicit, document, and validate functional requirements by conducting workshops, translating business needs into system configurations, and producing comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs).

Module Expertise & Advisory – You will provide subject matter expertise across key Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting (ORC), and Learning, advising clients on best practices, module capabilities, and optimization opportunities aligned with their HR strategy.

System Integration & Data Migration – You will design and oversee data migration activities and system integrations by developing conversion strategies, preparing data migration templates, executing data loads using HDL, coordinating with integration teams, and validating data integrity post-migration across all HCM modules.
