Role Overview – Encred is seeking IT companies who can provide experienced in-house Oracle Communications resources for remote engagement. We are looking for Oracle OCCAS (Oracle Communications Converged Application Server) Technical Consultants with 5-8 years of experience who can work remotely on US shift schedules (extendable contract).

Oracle OCCAS Technical Expertise – You will provide technical expertise in Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (OCCAS), including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of OCCAS environments. You will work on OCCAS architecture, implement telecom services, manage application server configurations, optimize performance, and deliver technical solutions for converged communications platforms.

Telecom Services Implementation – You will implement and support telecom services on OCCAS platform including VoLTE (Voice over LTE), IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), SIP-based services, RCS (Rich Communication Services), session management, call routing, and converged communication services that support modern telecommunications infrastructure.

SIP Protocol Management – You will work extensively with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) including SIP message flow analysis, SIP routing and load balancing, SIP troubleshooting, protocol debugging, SIP integration with telecom networks, call flow optimization, and ensuring reliable SIP-based communication services across the platform.

IMS and VoLTE Support – You will provide technical support for IMS architecture and VoLTE services, implement IMS core network functions, configure VoLTE call flows, troubleshoot voice service issues, optimize call quality, manage session border controllers, and ensure seamless voice and multimedia service delivery over LTE networks.

Oracle WebLogic Administration – You will manage Oracle WebLogic Server environments that support OCCAS deployments, including WebLogic installation and configuration, domain management, cluster administration, performance tuning, security configuration, patch management, monitoring WebLogic health, and ensuring high availability of application server infrastructure.

Technical Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution – You will troubleshoot complex technical issues in OCCAS environments, analyze logs and traces, diagnose performance problems, identify root causes, implement fixes, coordinate with Oracle support when needed, document issues and resolutions, and ensure minimal service disruption through effective troubleshooting.
