Role Overview – MRTECHNOSOFT is hiring Power BI Developers for remote positions based in India. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about business intelligence, data visualization, and working with Power BI to deliver insightful analytics solutions.

Power BI Dashboard and Report Development – You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. You will create interactive visualizations, implement data storytelling techniques, develop self-service reporting solutions, design user-friendly dashboards, build comprehensive reports, and deliver Power BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Data Modeling and DAX – You will design and implement data models in Power BI, create relationships between tables, implement star schema and dimensional modeling, develop calculated columns and measures using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), write complex DAX formulas, optimize data model performance, and ensure efficient data structures that support robust analytics.

Data Source Integration – You will connect Power BI to various data sources including SQL databases, Excel files, web services, APIs, cloud data sources, and other systems. You will extract data from multiple sources, transform data using Power Query, load data into Power BI, implement data refresh schedules, and ensure seamless data integration.

Power Query and ETL – You will use Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes including cleaning data, transforming data structures, merging and appending queries, creating custom functions, handling data quality issues, optimizing query performance, and preparing data for analysis and visualization.

Visualization Design – You will create effective data visualizations using Power BI's visualization capabilities, select appropriate chart types for different data scenarios, design intuitive layouts, implement interactive features like drill-down and cross-filtering, apply formatting and branding, create custom visuals when needed, and deliver visually compelling reports that effectively communicate insights.
