Job Description

Role Overview – CAPALA is hiring a Product Coordinator (Junior) for a full-time remote position (UK based) offering £24k per year. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is calm, organized, and naturally creates order, responsible for maintaining core operational systems that keep Capala running day-to-day from product development tracking to purchase order management in a fast-paced brand environment.

Production and Factory Coordination – You will coordinate production and factory communications, liaising with manufacturers, tracking production timelines, following up on deliveries, managing factory communications, and ensuring production runs smoothly and products are delivered on schedule.

Marketing Administration – You will handle light marketing admin tasks including Pinterest management, saving UGC (User Generated Content), tracking marketing activities, organizing marketing assets, and supporting various marketing initiatives with administrative tasks.

Influencer Marketing Assistance – You will assist with influencer marketing by coordinating influencer communications, tracking collaborations, organizing influencer content, managing outreach lists, and supporting influencer partnership activities.

Organizational Aptitude – You should love spreadsheets, lists, and keeping things organized. Natural organizational ability is essential as this role centers on creating and maintaining operational order across brand systems.

Structure Creation – You should naturally create structure when things feel messy. The ability to see chaos, identify what's needed, and implement organizational systems is crucial for this operations-focused role.

Detail-Focused Work Style – You should enjoy detail-focused work and take pride in accuracy. Attention to detail ensures product information, orders, tracking, and documentation are maintained with high precision.

Personal Qualities – You should be calm, reliable, and proactive. These qualities enable you to handle fast-paced operational demands, anticipate needs, stay organized under pressure, and maintain consistent quality.
